30-60-90 Triangle
By Lucian M. Designed in TinkerCAD Information: 30-60-90 triangles are a type of special right triangle. They can be used to find the sine and cosine of 30° and 60° when the hypotenuse is 1. However, this can often be hard to visualize. With this model, though, you can just slide the theta sign (θ) to either the 30° angle or the 60° angle and see the sine and cosine values appear. The sine value is on the side opposite to the angle selected, and the cosine value is on the side adjacent to the angle selected. This works by rotating and aligning the central cylinder. |
